This secluded, coastal community is located in beautiful Southern Laguna Beach, California, just off Pacific Coast Highway. Lagunita consists of 61 impeccably-designed, custom-built single family homes varying in model design and size. All of the homes within Lagunita enjoy an ocean view and have direct access to a semi-private beach. In addition, several of the homes enjoy beach front locations. Lagunita has an automated gate entrance to maintain the integrity of this exclusive and private community.

Being built in the late 1930's, some of the homes still bring the charm of that era to this prestigious community. Lagunita is governed by a five-member, elected volunteer Board of Directors. Please check your Management Corporation (BHE) billing statement to confirm the date, time and location of the next scheduled Board Meeting. |
